What Does “Good Customer Service” Mean When It Comes To Government – Help Us Out

I’ve worked in government and for government, and of course I interact with government just like everybody else, but it strikes me that I rarely hear people talking about what “good customer service” would look like coming from government.

But with government, how can we describe customer service criteria when government is involved in taxation, law enforcement, in addition to providing services people want access to such as national parks, and benefits programs.

So, I need some help here. Let’s brainstorm and come up with some pictures and ideas about what really good customer service from government would look like
